some very sad news


my fil passed away on tuesday here is his obituary
Ralph L Henderson 1953 ~ 2008 Ralph L Henderson, 55, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and son, returned home to the loving arms of his Heavenly Father on December 9, 2008. He was born on March 24, 1953 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Ross Howard and Leah Rayola Lovendahl Henderson. On March 14, 1974 he married his high school sweetheart, Janet Lee Leavitt, for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Ralph was an active member of the LDS Church and enjoyed fishing, baseball and spending time with his family; he especially enjoyed being "papa" to all of his grandchildren. Ralph is survived by his eternal companion, Janet; children, Candace (Jim) Hilton, Mark (Amanda) Henderson, Melissa (Gabe) Tau'a, Aaron (Amber) Henderson; grandchildren, Dawson, Weston, Ashlynn, Kiara, Tyler, Kanamu; mother, Leah Henderson; brother, Jeff (Kathy) Henderson; also many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Ross Howard Henderson. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 13, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake Ridge 3rd LDS Ward, 3151 South 7700 West, Magna. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary 8090 So. State Friday 6-8 p.m. and Saturday at the church one hour prior to services. Interment will follow at the Valley View Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Ralph's name to the Utah Diabetes Association. "We love you and miss you.families are forever."
he is very loved . thank you everone for you kind words and prayers . It's been a hard week and will be a very hard christmas .

Amber I am so sorry for your loss. It will be hard but you can get through it, I miss my sister everyday. I am here if you need me.
